  • Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region serves eight counties in North Carolina (Cabarrus, Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, and Union).
  • Those who live alone will be assisted in developing a caregiving plan upon admission.
  • A "Do Not Resuscitate Order" (DNR) is not necessary for a patient to come under the care of Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region.
